I provide steady, supportive clinical supervision for clinicians who want to grow with confidence, integrity, and grounded purpose—while staying deeply human in their work.

Why Soul Rise Exists

I created Soul Rise Supervision because I believe supervision should feel steady, supportive, and deeply human.

After years working in child welfare, community mental health, crisis response, and clinical leadership, I've seen both how meaningful this work is and how heavy it can become. Clinicians are often expected to hold complexity, risk, and responsibility without enough space to slow down, reflect, or feel truly supported. Over time, supervision can start to feel like something to get through rather than a place to grow.

That isn't what I wanted to offer.

At Soul Rise, supervision is grounded, relational, and trauma-informed. I believe clinicians grow best when they feel safe to ask questions, think critically, and bring their full selves into the work without fear of judgment. My approach emphasizes thoughtful conversation, ethical clarity, and steady guidance—especially during moments of uncertainty or high-stakes decision-making.

Soul Rise exists to support clinicians who care deeply about their work and want supervision that feels purposeful, supportive, and sustainable.

With kindness,
Jenny
