What you can expect & my approach to supervision
Thoughtful conversation and reflection that supports real clinical growth.
Support navigating complex decisions, documentation, and high-stakes cases with confidence.
A supervision space where you can ask questions, think critically, and bring your full self without fear or judgment.
Jenny provides thoughtful supervision and mentorship to clinicians and interns, offering steady guidance in high-risk and complex clinical situations. She brings particular strength in crisis assessment, risk evaluation, and helping clinicians navigate complex family systems with clarity, care, and confidence—while ensuring work remains ethically sound, clinically strong, and human-centered.
Her professional background spans child welfare, crisis services, therapy with children and adolescents, family work, and systems-level collaboration with DFCS, courts, and community partners. She has a particular passion for supporting clinicians—helping them build strong clinical judgment, sustainable practice habits, and trust in their own professional voice.
At the heart of Jenny’s work is a simple commitment: to show up authentically and to create spaces where people feel safe to grow, reflect, and do meaningful work that truly helps others.
